Terms of Use

TurfBookings (a Bora Technologies product) is a platform that connects players with local sports venues. By booking through TurfBookings, you agree to these terms.

What TurfBookings does

We help you discover venues and book slots in real time. The venue provides the actual service — the turf, courts, and facilities. TurfBookings facilitates the booking and charges zero commission on top of the venue's price.

Bookings & pricing

• Prices, available slots, and cancellation rules are set by each venue.
• A slot is confirmed only once payment (where required) is completed and the venue has it.
• The price you see is the price the venue set — nothing is added on top.

Payments

Payments go directly to the venue (via their payment provider or in person). TurfBookings does not hold your money. Refunds and cancellations follow the venue's policy.

Your account

• You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code — keep access to your number secure.
• You're responsible for the bookings made from your account.
• Provide accurate details (name, phone) so the venue can host you.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform — no fraudulent bookings, scraping, or interfering with the service or other users. We may suspend access for abuse.

Liability

The venue is responsible for the facility and your experience there. TurfBookingsprovides the booking platform "as is" and isn't liable for the venue's conduct or for issues outside our reasonable control.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the latest version always lives here. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
